Hi everyone,

This year, I'm taking a significant step out of my comfort zone and giving my first-ever marathon a truly meaningful purpose.

Like many of us, I've seen firsthand how mental health struggles can impact family and friends. The battles with depression, anxiety, and other challenges often fought in silence are real. That's why I've decided to dedicate my run at the Taupo Marathon on August 2nd to the Movember team, supporting men's mental health initiatives.

Every dollar helps Movember fund groundbreaking men's health projects around the world. I'd be incredibly grateful if you could help me reach my fundraising target. And for those up for an epic challenge, consider joining me on the Taupo course!
